She was the daughter of Jarred Marion and Amanda Isabelle (Smith) Bennett and married Henry Henderson Snoddy - 22 Dec 1909 - Lincoln Co., Tennessee. Her obituary follows:

Funeral services for Mrs. Henry H. Snoddy, 69, of the Kelso community, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Kelso Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Rev. Ewing Burroughs and Eldridge Snow officiated. Burial was in the Kelso Cemetery.

Mrs. Snoddy died Saturday morning in the Lincoln County Hospital after a long illness.

A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Jarred and Bell Smith Bennett. She was the former Annie May Bennett. Her husband died in 1951. She was a member of the Kelso Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Earl Frame, Mrs. J. T. Rollins, and Mrs. Ellie Vaughn, all of Lincoln County; one son, Robert Snoddy, Flintville; two sisters, Mrs. Bud Jean and Mrs. Ella Pitcock, both of Lincoln County; four brothers, William Bennett, John Bennett, Brad Bennett, and Marion Bennett, all of Lincoln County; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
