Rosie Lesovsky Fisher was born February 12, 1885 at Wayne to Emanuel and Katherine Lesovsky and died October 6, 1976 at the Republic County Hospital, Belleville at the age of 91.

She moved with her parents on a farm Northeast of Cuba in 1892, and attended Farmington grade school. September 6, 1905, she was united in marriage to Albert Fisher and to this union four children were born.

They made their home on a farm east of Cuba where they resided until 1960, when they moved their home to Cuba where she lived until December of 1973. Due to illness she entered the Belle-View Manor. She was a member of the Cuba Presbyterian church, the Ladies Aid, Bee Bee club, and Homemakers club.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, Ernest and Lawrence; her parents, one sister and seven brothers.

Survivors are her daughter, Bessie Svoboda of Cuba, her son, Charles of Lubbock, Tex., five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. One brother, Charles Lesovsky of Cuba and one sister, Mary Novak of Belleville.

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 9, 1976 in the United Presbyterian church, Cuba conducted by Rev. Tom Ballard. Burial was in the National Bohemian (Kopsa) cemetery.
