Maud Johnson Dies Today at Home Here
Mrs. Maud Justice Johnson died at 5 o'clock this morning at her home, 614 McNeil Ave. Funeral services for Mrs. Johnson will be at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Hamilton Funeral Home. The Rev. Boyde Rudd will have charge of the services and burial will be in Floral Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 o'clock Saturady night.
Mrs. Johnson was born July 17, 1887, at Anderson, Indiana. She was married to John Dee John of Danville on May 29, 1944.
Surviving besides her husband and a foster son, Wayne Justice, who is in the service, and four grandchildren; the following sisters, Pearl Johnson, Hoopeston and Dovie Houser, Ann Harbor, Mich.; a half sister Mattie Goin, Crothers, Ohio; brothers, Earl and George Justice of Hoopeston; Cell Bratton, Adrian, Mich. and a half-brother.
