Ernest's parents William and Sarah Annie STANIER Bowers, both born in Staffordshire, England, came to US in 1893 with 4 children.
Since they both worked in potteries, they came to Trenton NJ, where two of William's sisters & families resided.
Ernest was born in 1895 and his father died only a year later.
