Deceased Name: HAZEL V. BROSNAN

Hazel V. Brosnan, 75, formerly of Manhattan Park, Caughdenoy, died Wednesday in Carthage Area Hospital.

Born in Malvern, Ark., she lived in Manhattan Park more than 40 years. She worked 34 years at General Electric Co., retiring in 1984. She was a member of Local 320, AFL-CIO, and a communicant of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Central Square.

Her husband, Walter F., died in 1970; a son, Walter W., died in 1996.

Surviving are a daughter, Sally Brosnan of Theresa; five brothers, Cecil Thomason of Illinois, John Thomason of Texas and Carroll, Charles and Herschel Thomason, all of Arkansas; three sisters, Lucille Sams of Ohio and Emma Jean Cansler and Edith Lee, both of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews.

Services are 11:30 a.m. Monday at Watson Funeral Home, Central Square, and noon at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial is in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.

Calling hours are 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, 631 S. Main St.
