Charles Wilson Thomason, age 76 of Bismarck passed from this life on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born July 22, 1936 in Clark County, Arkansas, the son of the late John Fletcher and Eunice Mae Whitley Thomason. Charles was retired from Levi Strauss, was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, a member of Arkadelphia Masonic Lodge #381 and a Shriner. He was preceded in death by his wife Judy Daggett Thomason, three brothers Carroll ,Herschel Thomason and John Rush Thomason and four sisters, Edith Lee, Grace Cooley, Hazel Brosman and Lucille Sams.

Charles is survived by one daughter, Tammy(Joe)Frazier Beeler of Rogers, one son Mike (Donna) Thomason of Bryant, one step-son, one step-daughter, one brother Cecil (Shirley) Thomason of Bismarck, one sister, Jean (Bob) Cansler of Bismarck, seven grandchildren, Chris and Ricky Frazier, Jr., Mickey, Aaron and Thimothy Thomason, Jordan and Ashley Young, and eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Interment will be in Deroche Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM on Friday at the Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Ray Miller, Donald Morrison, Terry Thomason, Frank Thomason, David Thomason and Russell Hunt.
Final arrangements are entrusted to the Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
