Mrs. Lulu Gibson, 73 passed away at her home at Frankfort, Kansas on Tuesday, evening March 15, 1955, following an illness of several months.

Mrs. Gibson was born on October 20, 1873 at Toledo, Ohio and came to Kansas with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Lefler when she was seven years of age.

Mrs. Gibson was very proud of the fact that all ten of her children graduated from Frankfort High School.

Mrs. Gibson was a member of the First Methodist Church in Frankfort. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Grace
Jones, Norwalk, Conn, Mrs. Geraldine Meeks, Marysville, Kansas, and Gretchen Gibson of the home; six sons, George
Gibson, Horton, Kansas, Grover Gibson, Kansas City, Giles Gibson, Glen Gibson, Grant Gibson, Gilbert Gibson, of the home; two sisters, Mrs. George, Mulvaney, of Mason City, Iowa, Mrs. Bessie Nusbaum, Vermillion, Kansas.

Funeral services were held at the First Methodist Church with Reverend James E. Leach on March 17.

Burial was in the Frankfort Cemetery, Frankfort, Kansas.
