Funeral services were held Saturday, March 22, for Olga Emelia Einertson, who died Tuesday, March 18 at the Prairie View Nursing Home East at the age of 93.
Born at Hartland, Minnesota JAn. 31, 1893, her parents were Ole and Nicolina Knutson. She was married to Alfred Einertson in Centralia, Washington, December 3, 1913. The couple lived in Centralia for two years before moving to a farm five miles north of Genoa.
A few years later they purchased a farm in the Walks Camp community. After 18 years, they purchased a farm northwest of Arriba, where they lived until their retirement in 1956. Since their retirement she has resided in Limon. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Akfred, a son, Orin, seven sisters and five brothers.
Survivors include: a brother Ted Knutson of Limon, two sons, Nathan of Limon and Adrien of Camas, Washington; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
Services were held in the Zion Lutheran Church.
Casket bearers were Donald Knutson,Ted Bandy, Oliver Einertson, Norman Einertson, Arlen Einerston and Ralph Einertson.
Interment was in the Christ Lutheran Church cemetery north of Genoa.
