Mr. Adams was born Feb. 17, 1877, in Fountain Green, Utah, a son of W. H. and Melissa Caldwell Adams. He was reared and educated in Fountain Green. He married Hannah Peterson on Jan. 31, 1900, in the Manti Temple. He moved to East Garland in 1906 and to Tremonton in 1956. Mrs. Adams died in 1924.
He was active in the LDS Church and was a ward teacher in the Tremonton First Ward.
Surviving are the following sons and daughters; D. Eldon Adams, Logan; Afton D. Adams, Fielding; Floyd A. Adam, Yuba City, Calif.; Mrs. Earl D. (Eva) Young, Perry; Ursel L. adams, Fairfield, Mont.; Mrs. Wayne T. (Leila) booth and Carroll E. Adams, Ogden; Ardes and Maxine Adams, both of Tremonton; 35 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, the following brothers and sisters: W. A. Adams Tremonton; Burton H. Adams, Mrs. Vilate A. West, both of Pleasant Grove; Byron L. Adams, Blackfoot, Idaho.
Funeral services will be condocted Monday at 1 p.m. in the Tremonton First Ward by Bishop George Smith. Friends may call at the Rogers Mortuary Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m. until services.
Interment in East Garland Cemetery.
