She was born in Ogden March 17, 1895, a daughter of George W. and Amanda E. Hartley Vance.
Surviving are her husband, William E. Gray, Albany, Cal.; a daughter, Mrs. Norma E. Doane Burdett, Oakland, Cal.; her father, George W. Vance, Salt Lake City; a stepmother, Mrs. Rose C. Vance, Salt Lake City.
Friends may call at place of service prior to funeral.
Burial will be in Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
