MRS. ERNEST HEAD, NEW HAVEN, DIES AT MARION MANOR - Mrs. Mary Boone Head, 73, of New Haven, widow of Ernest Head, died Wednesday morning, November 10, at Marion Manor, at Lebanon. She has suffered from arthritis for several years. Surviving are five sons, Julian, Cyril and Bernard Head, of New Haven; Joe Head, Wapella, IL.; Cletus Head, New Hampshire; five daughters, Mrs. Maurice (Eloise) Howard, Mrs. Alfred (Joan) Bowling, of New Haven; Mrs. Anthony (Teresa Mae) Boone, Howardstown; Mrs. Lawrence (Sarah) Raible, Louisville; and Sister Mary Susanne, O.S.U., Jeffersontown. The body is at the Greenwell Funeral Home, New Haven.

HEAD HELD AT NEW HAVEN - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Annie Head, of New Haven, was held, Saturday, November 13, at 10 A.M. with Solemn High Requiem Mass at St. Catherine's Church, in New Haven. Rev. Fred J. Gettlefinger, pastor, was celebrant of the Mass. Rev. James K. Williams, assistant pastor, and Rev. Donald Ryan, former assistant pastor, of St. Columba Church, Louisville, were deacon and sub-deacon. Interment was in St. Catherine's Cemetery. Grandsons of Mrs. Head served as pallbearers. Mrs. Head, 73, died Wednesday morning, November 10 at Marion Manor, at Lebanon. She had suffered from arthritis and Parkinson's disease for several years. The widow of Ernest Head, a retired farmer, who died December 1, 1962, she was born in the New Haven community and had spent her entire life there. Surviving are five sons, Julian, Cyril and Bernard Head, of New Haven; Joe Head, Wapella, IL.; Cletus Head, New Hampshire; five daughters, Mrs. Maurice (Eloise) Howard, Mrs. Alfred (Joan) Bowling, New Haven; Mrs. Anthony (Teresa Mae) Boone, Howardstown; Mrs. Lawrence (Sarah) Raible, Louisville; and Sister Mary Susanne, O.S.U., Jeffersontown; four brothers, Will J.
