Country Lady Dead
A sad death this morning at 6:30 o'clock was that of Mrs. Albert Brummett, east of the city, after a lingering illness with consumption at the home of her brother Albert Lanum, of Clear Creek.
Mrs. Brummett was 64 years of age and a life long member of the Christian church of Nashville. Her death was very sad as she leaves five small children, who are unable to realize their loss. Besides her husband she leaves the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Jack Bennett, of this city, Oliver Lanum, of Clear Creek, George, Lizzie, Glen and Reiba Lanum, east of town, and Mrs. Thad Snyder, who lives in Illinois.
The body will be taken on the 1 o'clock train Tuesday to the Lanum school house where funeral services will be held about 3:30 o'clock
