LTM, Jr, was born in Indian captivity. His mother, Rachel, was captured at Fort Parker in May, 1836. LTM, Jr., was born in captivity. When he was about 6 weeks old, the Indians killed him. Rachel was allowed to bury him there. He is the son of Rachel Parker Plummer and LTM Plummer. Although there is a marker at Plummer Cemetery to remember his life, he was buried by his mom somewhere in Texas/Indian Territory. The date on the marker is November 1, 1836. According to a letter written by LTM to his nephews, he lists LTM's birth and death as November 1, 1836 and death as December 1, 1836.
