Jesse was married to his 1st wife Kathleen Mae Hall of Oceana, W Va. She gave him a son Randolph Lee Conley born March 4, 1944 at Fort Knox, Ky. "Randy's" mother died Sept. 11, 1944 from complications of an illness of several months.

Jesse served in the U.S. Army during WWII from Jan. 29, 1941 to Nov. 02, 1945.
Jesse married his second wife Brookie Powell of Oceana, W Va. on March 25, 1950 in Pineville, Wyoming, WV.

Jesse Randolph Conley,78, of Valrico, FL died Friday, December 20, 1991 at his home.
He was a native of Oceana, Wyoming, W Va., and had lived in the Tampa Bay area for the last 12 years, coming from Oceana.
He was a custodian for the Wyoming Public School System.

He was a member of Dover Advent Christian Church and is survived by his wife, Brookie; a son, Randolph Lee Conley of Oceana, W Va.; four daughters, Helen M. Durham of Seffner and Brenda C. Kilpa, Shirley A. Frederick and Betty J. Bryner, all of Plant City, FL; two sisters, Nita Maude Cline and Dolly Ray Brunty, both of Lynco, W Va., and six grsndchildren.

Stowers Funeral Home of Brandon Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
