She was born December 21, 1915, at Coburg, Iowa, to John Martin and Alta Mamie Jones. She was united in marriage to Lester Spittler, June 14, 1933. They made their home in Tunas, Missouri for the first 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Spittler , June 28, 1995.
Survivors include a son, Ronnie Spittler, Tunas, Missouri, two daughters, Patsy Harrington of Lebanon, Missouri and Peggy Taylor of Tunas, Missouri. Three brothers, Delmont Jones of Buffalo, Missouri, Wallace and Junior Jones, both of Red Oak, Iowa, a sister, Bonnie Abbott, Stanton, Iowa. Eight grandchildren 16 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
