Roy H Paul was the son of Blanche Celora Murdy Platt. He was the brother of Robert E Paul and Cleora Paul. Roy was born in California and moved to Arizona as a boy with his mother. He served in the Navy during WWII and spent the rest of his working life working as a civilian for the navy. He married Mary Birdno of Safford and they had one son Harry Paul. The family lived in Guam for many years while he worked for the government. He died in California of cancer.
