PRICE- Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10 a.m. for Charles Ray Chidester, 54, who died Thursday at 10 p.m. at his home in Price following a lingering illness.
The rites will be conducted in the Price LDS tabernacle, with Orson Nelson bishop of the Price Third LDS ward officating.
Born June 27, 1887, in Kanosh, a son of Joshua P. and Juilette Burgess Chidester, he had lived in Price onlay a year, moving here from Greenriver [sic], where he spent most of his life.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Winnie May Heath Chidester; two sons, James Ray Chidester of San Diego,k Cal., and John Llandon Chidester of Price; five daughters, mrs. May Currtis of Cove Fort, Mrs. Zela Ingram of Nephi, Mrs. Sylvia Hunt of Greenriver, Miss Nina Lu Chidester and Miss Julia Chidester of Price, and four grandchildren.
Burial will be in Price cemetery.
