Survivors: widow, Price; four sons, two daughters by the first marriage; Clin, Loren, Orvil, Price; Walter, Van Nuys, Calif.; Mrs. Harry (Enola) Ellis, Moab; Mrs. Eugene (Ruth) Mackey, West Jordan; 27 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
