Joshua Parker Chidester died at the residence of Mrs. Louisa Keller on Tuesday. The remains were taken in charge by the city Sexton and interred in the cemetery on Wednesday afternoon. The man was unknown to residents of this city and at present his relatives are not known. He came here last winter a fish peddler, and was taken sick with cancer of the stomach. Dr. Olsten was summoned and gave up the patient as a hopeless case. The man has been in an incurable condition for several weeks awaiting the moment of death.
