Mrs. Katherine Sophia Moore, widow of Joseph S. Moore, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy Eversole, Charlton, after an illness of two weeks from pneumonia, aged 73 years. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Clearspring, and is survived by the following daughters and sons: Mrs. John Shoop, Mrs. Dorothy Eversole, Charlton, and Mrs. Malcolm Yenkle, this city; Abraham, Charlton; Stanley, Dry Run; Herman, Clearspring; Hubert, Rest Haven Farm; Gordon, Falls Creek, Pa.; two brothers, Col. Dallas Ward, Huyette, and Morgan Ward, Greencastle; thirty grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Sunday afternoon, leaving the house at 1:30 o'clock, with services in St. Peter's Lutheran church, Clearspring, at 2 o'clock. Interment in St. Paul's cemetery along the Western Pike.
