Mrs. Albert (Glenna Grace) Gibson, 72, of 415 Taylor Ave., died Friday at 5 p.m. in Dayton apparently of a heart attack while visiting her son in that city.
She was born July 15, 1894 in Kimbolton to Grant and Elizabeth Angus McConkey and was married to Albert L. Gibson who survives.
In addition to her husband, she leaves six daughters, Mrs. Edith Archer of Cambridge; Mrs. Clyde (Elizabeth) Baber of New Philadelphia; Mrs. Joe (Ethel) Mikeska of Houston, Tex.; Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Miller of Cambridge; Mrs. Stanley (Helen) Korpieska, of Columbus and Mrs. Carl (Patty) Smith of Newcomerstown; five sons, Albert of Dayton; Walter of Columbus; Clyde of San Antonio, Tex. And Glenn and Arthur Gibson, both of Cambridge; two sisters, Mrs. William (Alice) McCartney of Fairborne and Mrs. Guy (Margaret) Moss of Canton; 33 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Glenn (Flora) Morris preceded her death.
Mrs. Gibson was a member of First Methodist Church.
The body is at Bundy Funeral Home where callers will be received after 4 p.m. Sunday and on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home by the Rev. D. Larry Kline. Burial will be in Guernsey Memory Gardens.
