Mrs. Nancy Lazear Throckmorton, wife of John Throckmorton, died at her home in Derby, Iowa, Friday, April 27. She was a daughter of Francis Lazear, deceased, of Ryerson's Station, Greene County, Pa. She was united in marriage to John Throckmorton, son of Morford Throckmorton, deceased, who for a time was a merchant in Waynesburg, Pa. In the fifties they removed to Iowa, where they have since resided. Mrs. Throckmorton for many years had been so severely afflicted with rheumatism as not to be able to walk.
