Detlief Greve, one of the pioneer residents of Calumet County,, passed away at his home at Potter last Friday, June 2nd. Apoplexy was the cause of his death. The deceased was born in Germany, June 6, 1846.When a boy he came to this country and settled on a farm two miles west of Potter. Three years ago he retired from active work and with his wife lived in Potter at the time f his death. He is survived by his wife, four daughters and three sons. The funeral was held from the Reformed Church at Potter Monday with interment in the Potter Cemetery. Hilbert Favorite
