"Miss Estella A. Van Fossan, aged 29, died last Saturday at the North Side unit of the Youngstown hospital after an illness of two weeks. Born in Canfield township, June 27, 1901, the deceased was the daughter of John G. and Emma Weaver Van Fossan. Miss Van Fossan had lived in Youngstown for 10 years and in this vicinity all her life. She had been employed as a bookkeeper by the E. A. Heindel Auto Co. She graduated from the Boardman high school in 1920 and was a member of Paradise Reformed church at New Buffalo. Besides her parents she leaves the following brothers and sisters; Clyde Van Fossan and Miss Blanche Van Fossan, Boardman; Miss Martha M. Van Fossan and Mrs. Michael Kinney, Youngstown. Funeral services were held Monday at 1:30 pm at St. Paul's Reformed church, Rev. A. D. Wolfinger and Rev. L. J. Rohrbaugh officiated. Burial was in Oak Park mausoleum." (Headstone in Forest Lawn)
