Mack M. Clayton died on Mar 29, 1993, in St. Joseph Hospital, following a brief illness. He was a native of Spartanburg County, SC, widower of Betty M. Carter Clayton, son of the late Simon Peter and Maude Johnson Clayton and member of the Southside Baptist Church, Wichita, KS. He was a retired maintenance man. Survivors included: three sons; one daughter; three brothers, Paul J. Clayton of Spartanburg, SC, Basco P. Clayton of Duncan, SC and Leon O. Clayton of Campobello, SC; one sister, Della C. Neighbors of Spartanburg, SC; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was 74 years of age at demise.
