She was born to the late William J. and Margaret Dacus Jacks in Kilmichael, MS.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Williams; daughter, Carol Ann Johnson; two brothers, Aubrey and Ernest; three sisters, Betty, Lola, and Stella.
Vicki was a member of Gardner United Methodist Church. Vicki was an avid worker in the church. She was a member of AARP and was involved with Willow House Craft Activities. Me-Me was always willing to help others and was a loving and caring grandmother and great-grandmother and friend.
Me-Me is survived by her granddaughter, Melanie Thompson of North Little Rock; great-grandson, Preston Thompson of Jacksonville; and a host of other family and friends.
Graveside service were in Crittenden Memorial Park, in Marion, AR.
