Josephine Louise Meeting was born in 1909 to Andrew Meeting and Susan Whisler. She was the 6th of their eight children. She spent her entire life in Mansfield, OH, marrying John Millard Grubaugh there on 28 Mar 1930. John and Josephine had 10 children - Jack Bernard Grubaugh, Richard Andrew Grubaugh, Robert Charles Grubaugh, Darrell Thomas Grubaugh, Marilyn Ann Grubaugh, Jean Marie "Jeanie" Grubaugh, William Joseph Grubaugh, Louis Irvin Grubaugh, Michael Lee Grubaugh, and Sharon Kay Grubaugh. In the early 1950s, the family came across hard times and was split apart with the two older girls going to foster families and the three younger children being adopted by a family in Dayton, OH. John Millard Grubaugh died in 1954. Josephine lived alone for 12 years before marrying Frank Price on 4 Jun 1966. Josephine and Frank had 22 years together before Josephine died in 1988. Frank died 5 years later and is buried next to her.∼married
