Robert L. Livingston, 88, Iberia, died Sunday at Charles E. Still Hospital. He was born Dec. 26, 1898, in Iberia, son of Richard and Mary Alice Burks Livingston. He was married June 13, 1923, in Iberia to Lillie Sooter, who survives in Jefferson City.
He had lived at the Miller County Nursing Home, Iberia, for several years. He was a member of the Fairview Christian Church, Iberia. He had farmed and taught school in Miller and Crawford counties.
Other survivors include: one son, Robert D
. Livingston, Taylorville, Ill.; two daughters, Helen Michael, Blue Springs, and Betty Herbst, Wauwautosa, Wis.; two brothers, John W. Livingston, Jefferson City, and Stanley Livingston, Eldon; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. Floyd Barlow will officiate. Burial will be in the Livingston Cemetery, near Iberia.
