Corabelle Tolin, 84, Columbia, Mo., died Tuesday, August 8, 1989, at a Columbia nursing home.
Miss Tolin was a foreign service employee of the U.S. Department of State before she retired in 1964.
She was born March 26, 1905, in Pottawatomie County, Ks., the daughter of Roy and Laura Proctor Tolin. She was graduated from Kansas State Agricultural College in Manhattan and earned a master's degree at the University of Kansas in Lawrence.
Miss Tolin was a member of the Havensville, Ks., Methodist Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Gene Tolin, Tucson, Ariz.; and Roy DuCharm, Mitchellville, Md.; and two sisters, Hazel Perry and Helen Tolin, both of Columbia.
Graveside services were at 3 p.m. Friday, August 11, in Havensville Cemetery.
