Mildred "Millie" was the sixth child born to Leander Grady Norris and Beulah Edith Wolford. Millie was first married to Robert Clark Carroll in Foard Co., TX and they had three children. They later divorced and she married John Vincent Kilcourse in Tacoma, WA. Millie and John divorced, and she married Francis "Red" Rueben Fulton, Pampa, TX. Millie had been a resident of Pampa since 1962 and worked as a cashier at the Ideal Grocery store. At the time of her death, she was survived by her husband, Francis "Red" Fulton of the home; daughters, Terisa Taylor and son-in-law Jimmy of Tyler, TX; Brenda Williams and son-in-law Ray "Junior" of Salt Lick, KY; brother, Bill Norris and wife Gloria of Pampa, TX; sisters, Lela Beasley and husband Lloyd of Jasper, TX and Naida Green and husband Tom of Liberty, MO; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Robert Clark "Carroll" Kilcourse of the home; three brothers, Louis M. Norris, Leander John "L.J." Norris and infant brother Grady Weldon Norris; two sisters, Katherine Harper and Dorothy Hewett. Millie was a wonderful sister and her family and friend mis her very much.
