The Akin family lived and
farmed in the Purdy, Missouri
area for many decades. In the
latter years of Mr. Akin's life,
he and his wife moved into the
downtown area to be near his
Daughter and Son-in-law.

They were a beloved couple
by many in the community.

She was GRANDMOTHER to
many children (three presented):

Ina was a devoted Wife and
Mother above all else! Everyone
thought she was a very kind-
hearted, soft-spoken lady.

She and her husband Fred, were
farmers in the Purdy, Missouri
area. During their latter years,
the couple moved to near her
daughter Freddie & son-in-law
Bill in the downtown area.
