George E. Lively, 64, died at 9:05 p.m. Sunday, July 30, 1989, in Union Hospital in West Frankfort.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thurs day in Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa, with burial in Tamaroa Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Lively was retired from the village of Tamaroa.
He was a member of the American Legion and the Rod and Gun Club, and was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was born March 6, 1925, in Tamaroa to George and Bertha (Meese) Lively.
Survivors include one brother, Richard Lively of Tamaroa; and five sisters, Ruth Hill and Mary Thomas, both of Tamaroa, Eva Conners of Du Quoin, Helen Arnold of Conroe, Texas, and Hazel Kotel of Tucson, Ariz.
