HUGHES- March 30th, 1907, Lillie M., wife of Warren* R. Hughes, and daughter of John H. and Lillie Bender, in the 30th year of her age.

Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from her late residence, at Lyndell, without further notice on Tuesday, April 2, 1907. Meet at the house at 1 o'clock p.m. Services at Hopewell M.E. Church at 2:30 p.m. Interment in cemetery adjoining. Carriages will meet morning trains at Lyndell Station, D. & L. Railroads.

Mrs. Hughes a Twin

Mrs. Lillie Hughes, of Lyndell, whose death was mentioned in the News yesterday, was a twin sister of Harry Bender. She leaves three brothers and three sisters, the others being Mrs. Samuel Dunn, of North Darlington Street, West Chester; Clifton, of Bryn Mawr; Lydia, Warren and Eleanor at home in Downingtown. Mrs. Hughes leaves also four daughters, Tillie, Grace, Elma and Lena, besides her husband. Mrs. Hughes was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and a young woman of excellent character. Her death is a great loss to her family and friends.

The eldest daughter is ten years old and the youngest is four.

*NOTE: The Obit and Notices consistently name the husband as Warren. The Cemetery Records show him as Walter. The discrepancy is assumed a typo in the publication. The Death Certificate of their daughter, Elma Brookover, shows the name as Walter.
