Tuesday, Jan.11, 1966 William Branning, 91 Equinunk,PA, died Saturday evening, Jan. 8, 1966 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ross Weil, Equinunk, PA after an illness. Born in Equinunk, June 10, 1874, he was the son of the late Jackson and Elsie Dailey Branning. His wife, former Mary Matthews, died 4 years ago. He was member of the Lookout Lodge IOOF 1194. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Weil and Mrs. Ross Hessberger, both of Equinunk; two sons, Walter, Pleasant Mt, PA.; Frank Equinunk; two grand children; nine great grand children; two brothers, Fred Branning, Lookout, PA, Clark Branning, Honesdale, PA. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 1 pm from the Tegeler Funeral Home, Damascus. The Rev. Newton B. Ford, Callicoon Methodist Church; will officiate. Interment, Equinunk Cemetery
