Born at Klickitat, he came to Cashmere with his parents when a boy. In 1914 he moved to Waterville, where he resided 14 years and moved to Leavenworth in 1936. He leaves his widow, one daughter, three sisters, Mrs. Mary Barton, Cashmere; Mrs. Belle Thuearm, Everett, and Mrs. Alice Lee, Cashmere; two brothers, John, Mount Vernon, and David, Lucerne.
