Clinton, son of Jacob Marion Harker and Grace Lydia
Osbourn Harker was born in Clay Center Kansas. He
was a veteran of World War 1, serving from 1916-1919.
He worked for the Ft. Dodge Railroad and Northwestern Railroad from which he retired in November of 1960.

On Oct.20,1946, he married Viginia Farrand in Chicago,
Ill. In Aug.1962 he moved his family to Kearney, Neb
and resided until his death. He was a memember of the Machinists Union, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and
Disabled Americans Veterans.

In June he joined the Zion Lutheran Church and
received Holy communion in a shut-in service for the
last time on Mar. 5, 1976.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first
wife Elsie Clark Harker,two brothers,one sister,one
son,one daughter, and two grandsons. He leaves to
mourn his passing his wife Virginia, sons,Jim Harker
of Elmhurst, Ill.; Earl Harker of West Chicago,;
daughters, Lilian Hilpipre of Webster City,Iowa;
Linda McEntee, Sandy Lawson and Patti Harker , all
of Kearney, 15 grandchildren; numerous nieces,
nephews and friends.
