GETTYSBURG-Robert A. Wilson, 101, formerly of 402 York St., Gettysburg, died Thursday afternoon, April 5, 1990 at Michael Manor nursing home in Gettysburg.

Born in Straban Township, he was the son of the late Milas and Annie Plank Wilson. His wife, Esta Heagey Wilson, died in 1964.

Mr. Wilson was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church and was its oldest member. He was a carpenter in the Gettysburg area most of his life.

Surviving is one son, Clarence E. "Dutch" Wilson of Fairfield; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Monahan Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. E. Edward Keyser officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
