Services were held for Mrs. Mildred Felder Friday Morning

Mrs. Mildred Beaty Felder, widow of Isaac Bamberg Felder, died at the Georgetown Memorial Hospital Wednesday night after a critical illness of two weeks.

Funeral services were Friday morning in the Duncan Memorial Methodist Church. Officiating was the Rev. George Russell Cannon.

Mrs. Felder, daughter of the late Edgar Robert Beaty and Mrs. Emma J. Collins Beaty, was born in Horry County on October 19, 1887. She was reared in Conway and was graduated from Winthrop College in 1904. She taught school in Bamberg and Georgetown until her retirement. Mrs. Felder was a member of the Duncan Memorial Methodist Church, a Life member of Woman's Society of Christian Service, a member of the Lelia Epps Circle of Society, and the Wesley Bible Class. She was a member of the Retired Teacher's Association of Georgetown County.

Survivng are two sons, Isaac B. Felder Jr., of Georgetown and Edgar Norton (Ned) Felder of Bay Minette, Alabama; two grandchildren, four brothers John S. Beaty, E. Norton Beaty, and R. Ernest Beaty all of Georgetown and Juilan B. Beaty of New York; three sisters Miss Louise Beaty and Mrs. W. Henry Thomas, both of Georgetown, and Mrs. Edna B. West of Puskin, Florida; and a number of nephews and nieces.
