DIED SUDDENLY WHILE
VISITING IN LA GRANGE.
Joseph Baldwin, aged 68 years, died at the home of his son-in-law, Charles Anderson, in La Grange [Missouri], Monday afternoon. Death was due to a stroke of apoplexy, which he suffered on Sunday night.
Mr. Baldwin arrived in La Grange last Thursday from Birmingham, Iowa, for a visit with his daughter, and seemed to be in the best of health up to the time of the stroke.
The remains were taken to Birmingham Tuesday morning, and laid to rest by the side of his wife in the family burying ground.
