Funeral services for John W. Honey, 78, of 792 South Adams, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, the Reverend Dale Hufft officiating. Burial was in the Stoutland Cemetary, under the direction of Palmer Pickering Funeral Home.
Mr. Honey died at 6:40 p.m. in the Pulaski County Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Grace; three sons, Grenfall, Kansas City, Gordon, Raytown, Gerald, St. Charles; three daughters, Lola Sweeney and Marlene Hendrix, both of LaHabra, California, Charlene Welfl, Pierre, South Dakota; one brother, Clyde Honey, Kansas City; three sisters, josie Hugley, Los Angeles, California, Jessie Hurt, Stoutland, Jewell Mosier, Indianapolis, Indiana; and 16 grandchildren.
