Mrs. Almon Atkins
Mrs. Mary Mack Atkins, 59, died Thursday afternoon in St. John's Hospital after a short illness. A resident of Eureka, Kan., Mrs. Atkins lived in Springfield before moving to Eureka six months ago. She was a member of South Street Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband, Almon; a son Ancell, of Lebanon; a brother, William M. Mack, of 2259 North Travis; a sister, Mrs. Raymond Rule, 1169 Roanoke; and a grandchild.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Herman Lohmeyer.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Mack Atkins, 59, Eureka, Kan., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Herman Lohmeyer East Chapel with the Rev. George Myers officiating. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery. Mrs. Atkins, a former Springfieldian who moved to Eureka six months ago, died Thursday at St. John's Hospital.
The family said memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Women's Fellowship at South Street Christian Church.
