Kate L. Rule
Kate L. Rule, 95, Springfield, Mo., passed away at 6:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb 25, 1996, in Mercy Villa Nursing Home.
Mrs. Rule was born Aug. 26, 1900 in Springfield, the daughter of Claude E. and Catherine McCroskey Mack. She was a pioneer family to Greene County. She was united in marriage to Raymond T. Rule December 31, 1923.
She was a long time member of St. Agnes Cathedral. She loved the church and was a faithful member until her death.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three sisters, Nannie Spickard, Mary Atkins, and Florence Ferguson; and two brothers, Robert Mack, Sr., and William Marshall Mack.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews; and several cousins.
Funeral Mass will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb 27, 1996, in St. Agnes Cathedral with Frs. Tom Kiefer and Thomas Reidy celebrants under direction of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut.
No formal visitation is planned, however, friends may call at their convenience after 2 p.m. today in the funeral home.

Funeral Mass for Kate L. Rule, Springfield, will be at 2:30 p.m. today in St. Agnes Cathedral with burial in Hazelwood Cemetery under direction of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rule, a secretary, died at 6:45 a.m. Sunday in Mercy Villa Nursing Home.
Friends may call at their convenience in the funeral home.
