Funeral services for Joseph Johnston, 79, of 3036 Grandview Blvd., West Lawn, who died yesterday, will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
The Rev. George P. Stoudt will officiate at services in the Lamm and Witman Funeral Home, Wernersville. Burial will be made in the Sinking Spring Cemetery.
Surviving are four children: Laura E., wife of Ralph E. Leininger, whih whom he resided; Helen, wife of James Owens, West Lawn; Joseph, Douglassville R.D. and William J., Reading; six gradchildren and 10-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Bickel, Schuylkill Haven, and Mrs. Mary Heddle, Asbury Park, N.J., and a brother, Howard, Harrisburg.
