Former Resident Of Smoot Dies
Mrs Millie Annie Henderson, 27, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, died Monday morning of a heart attack at the home of Mr and Mrs Herbert R. Larsen, 1450 Murphys lane, in Salt Lake City, where she was visiting with her husband Onis F. Henderson.
She was born Sept 29, 1917 in Smoot the daughter of Thomas W. and Katherine Stump Henderson.
Funeral services were held in the Smoot Ward Thursday and she was buried in the Afton cemetery.'

Former Smoot Resident Buried
Mrs Million, 27, of Cheyenne Wyo., died July 9, of Heart attack at the home of Mr and Mrs Herbert Larsen in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born sept 29, 1917, at Osmond Wyo. Daughter of T.W. and Kattie Stumpp Henderson.
She was married to Onis J. Henderson of Logan, Utah, in the Logan Temple, Nov 23, 1933. To them was born one daughter, Millie Loraine.
After their marriage they lived in Star Valley a number of years. They then moved to Cheyenne, Wyo, where have lived for the last five years.
She took ill March 6th 1945 and was taken to Cheyenne Memorial Hospital. She remained there for 63 days. The doctor prescribed a lower climate and she was taken to Salt Lake City. Where she passed away Monday morning at 3 A.M.
During her long illness and acute suffering she never complained and always had faith that the next day would be a brighter one. Her constant patience and faith were inspiring, even under discouraging circumstances. Her faith in God and her testimony of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ never wavered and her life and all her actions were in accordance with that faith and testimony.
She is survived by her husband Onis and her daughter Lorraine age 7. Her father T.W. Henderson and the following brothers and sisters: Dewey Henderson Smoot, Bessie Davis, Fairview; Mable Baird Afton; Carl Henderson, Smoot Eva, Leslie, LeOyce Henderson of Smoot.
Funeral Services were held in the Smoot Ward Chapel Thursday July 12th at 2 P.M. under the direction of Bp. J.L.Bruce.
