WEISS Charles Richard, 70, passed away Monday in Edmond. He was born August 12, 1929 in Edmond, Oklahoma to Lawrence and Elsie Weiss. He is survived by his wife Neoma Weiss of Edmond; two sons, Ronald Weiss and wife Jodi of St. Louis, Missouri and Troy Weiss and wife Janet of Anchorage, Alaska; three sisters, Louise Perry, Shirley Smeltzer and husband Ralph and Merrilea Smith; three brothers, Ernest Weiss and wife LaNell, Larry Weiss and wife Mary and Lannie Weiss; grandchildren, Jessica Weiss and Stormy Weiss. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was a lifelong resident of Edmond and was a member of one of the original homestead families. He was a member of the Edmond Church of Christ.
