Alfred Gutshall died at his home in Carlisle Springs Saturday evening about 6 o'clock. He was aged 81 years. Mr. Gutshall was a life-long resident of Middlesex Township, and was a member of the Carlisle Springs Reformed Church. He is survived by two sons, Edward M. Gutshall, Carlisle, and Oscar D. Gutshall, at home; a brother, W.W. Gutshall, Carlisle Springs; four sisters, Mrs. Emma Myers, Carlisle Springs; Mrs. Elizabeth Hosler and Mrs. George Swigert, both of Carlisle; Mrs. Mary Lutz, Boiling Springs, and by seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at the home at 1:30 o'clock with further services in the Carlisle Springs Church at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.

GUTSHALL FUNERAL
Funeral services for Alfred Gutshall, retired farmer, who died Saturday night, were held this afternoon from the home in Middlesex Township with further services in Carlisle Springs Church. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. D.A. Brown and Rev. Kahl, both of Carlisle officiated.The pallbearers were George Braught, Laury Beetem, Sharpe Wagoner, Frank Henry, H. Eshenhower, Alfred Wolf, Luther Kell and Colonel Mellott.
