DEINES - NORTHROP

At two-thirty last Saturday afternoon Miss Irene Deines and Mr. Otto Northrop of this city were united in marriage at the Congregational parsonage in Hastings. After the ceremony the young folks drove to this city and on Sunday were the guests of honor at a sumptuous wedding dinner at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Deines.

Mr. and Mrs. Northrop are now situated on their farm 7 miles east of town and by the time this announcement gets to them will probably be thinking of themselves as "old married folks."

Miss Deines was raised in this city and has been one of our most popular girls because of her unfailing good nature and cheery disposition. She has ever been a home girl and takes into her new life a training that will make her an able helpmate.

Mr. Northrop is, like his bride, a native of this county and is one of our sterling young farmers who will make good with most any kind of a proposition that he may attempt. The outlook for this young couple is rosy and The Sun wishes for them years of happiness and prosperity.
