Mrs Ruth Fulk, 59 of 2225 Spring St, died at 11:45 am yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital of injuries sustained in a fall from a horse in Angola, Saturday.
Mrs Fulk was an employe of Select Foods cafeteria in the Anthony Wayne Bank. She attended the Waynedale United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Johnie; three sons, James, Raymond, both of Fort Wayne, and Gerald, of Angola; four brothers, Norman Bolinger, Robert, Raymond, and Paul, all of Fort Wayne; six sisters, Mrs James Francis, Mrs Paul Osbun and Mrs Maurice Snyder, all of Fort Wayne, Mrs Guy Miller, Camden, Mich, Mrs Leter Shroyer, Erie, Pa, and Mrs Paul Young, Arvada, Colo; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 am Thursday in the Elsey Home for Funerals in Waynedale, the Rev Darrell Taggart officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 pm Tuesday. Fort Wayne Journal Gazette - May 19, 1970
