Velma C. (Bolinger) Osbun, 86 passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Kingston Residence in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne on June 13, 1924 to the late Charles and Minnie Melissa (Walker) Bolinger. She enjoyed sewing, baking, bowling and gardening. She was married to the late Paul L. Osbun, who passed away December 10, 1994, for forty nine and one half years. She is survived by her children, Kathy Osbun Dancer of Ft. Wayne, Becky Osbun of Ft. Wayne, Kevin (Mary) Osbun of Ft. Wayne, Darren Osbun of Ft. Wayne, Laurie (Kevin) Steele of Huntington and Amy (Michael) Deck of Ft. Wayne; two sisters Alta Shroyer of Erie, PA and Norma Francis of Ft. Wayne; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Noel, Paul, Robert, Raymond and Norman Bolinger; her sisters Betty Young, Doris Snyder, Ruth Fulk and Esther Miller; and one grandchild. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Ft. Wayne with calling starting at 1:30 PM.
