C. Beatrice Jenkins, fifty-four, Danville R.D. 4, died yesterday afternoon in Boone Nursing Home, Eyers Grove.
She was born in Danville, Oct. 6, 1915, a daughter of Edna Ande Arnwine and the late Charles Arnwine. She had been a registered nurse employed at Geisinger Medical Center for 33 years. She was a member of Columbia Hill Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Jenkins; her mother; one daughter, Mrs. Richard Boyer, Bloomsburg; two brothers, Allen Arnwine, Bristol, and Harold Arnwine, Bloomsburg; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Hinkle, Bloomsburg, and Mrs. Paul Truskey, Catawissa; three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at two p.m. Wednesday from the John J Brady Funeral Home, Danville, with Rev. Elwood I Stahl, Washingtonville Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Hill cemetery.
